Mary needed some room for
answers to angel questions-
room to find a quiet place
away from locals who
whispered rumors
of
"who the father might be"
Joseph needed room for
a steady assurance that
dreams could be trusted
as a place to bet
your life and faith
that
God could do the impossible
But there was no room
that crowded night of fear
so God used what God
seems to always use
to get hope born...
